I am sushant devand i was filling the form of DDA JE, i made the payment of Rs1000 at 11:38 in the afternoon, with reference number 354879601224, the moneh got debited but was not received in the application form. I called SBI they said that the money will be refunded so i aain filled the form as last date was approaching and in the night of 1st july i again made the translation and it got succesfull and the money received in the form too. With reference number 318247715552 But till 3rd july i did nit received the refund so registered a complain regarding this in SBI but on 7th july they closed my complain by saying tha the transaction is successfull. My complain number was 263013861. So sir basically for the same one application form the two transaction fot successfull. How can it be possible sir , please look into this matter sir as i need refund of this 1000 rupees, i am calling the sbi they r saing that you need to contact the merchant and the Delhi development authority is not taking the call.
