i booked train ticket 24th jan2019. my order id is 100001646721751
two time transaction has done but no ticket booking.
second wallet transaction id 22605069807
6498.09 rs dedected 11.03 am
frist transaction id 22604926034 same amount 10.54 am
i have got refund of frist transaction but second is still pending. paytm customer care saying that we paid irctc but irctc customer care say we did not got money. pls take action as soon as possible.
