I ordered a product worth Rs 1199,On Delivery Day I Pay This Order Online through credit card. But when delivery boy came to pick order, He told me that The Payment is not done It’s Show COD and then I repeat payment again but this time i pay through paytm. So overall where’s my first payment refund. I didn’t received.
