Text of Complaint by MALAY KHANRA:

I DONE TWO AIRTEL RECHARGE OF RS 219 BY THIRD PARTY APP ON 17 JUN 2021 AT 8:40 & 8:42 AM . THEIR TRANSACTION ID OF MOBILE NUMBER 7699610719 IS 210617973002 & THE OTHER TRANSACTION ID OF MOBILE NUMBER 9474023145 IS 210617973137.  THIRD PARTY APP CONFIRM ME THAT THE RECHARGE HAS BEEN DONE , BUT AIRTEL COMPANY TOLD ME THE RECHARGE HAS BEEN PENDING . SO AIRTEL SHOULD PROVIDE ME TO REFUND THAT MONEY OR GIVE ME THE RECHARGE BENEFIT.. IF I DON’T GET THE RECHARGE BENEFIT I WILL COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER FORUM WITH FULL DETAILS.
