I WANTED TO PORT MY NETWORK FROM JIO TO AIRTEL, SO I HAVE SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS WITH PHOTO ON 6TH JAN-2021 VIDE MY UPC NO. JS166119 AND GOT A SIM NO. 8991560990018763604U, BUT IT WAS NOT DONE, AGAIN I HAVE GENERATED UPC ON 10TH FEB-2021 AND SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS ONCE AGAIN AND GOT A SIM NO. 8991560990020610015U. TILL DATE THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL AND STILL MY JIO NETWORK IS CONTINUE. I HAVE NOTE RECEIVED ANY SMS REGARDING PORTING. CUSTOMER WANT TO TAKE AIRTEL SERVICE BUT FROM THE GROUND LEVEL SERVICE LIKE THAT.
MY DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED TO MR BHASKAR DAS-9954135695. IT IS MY REQUEST KINDLY FOLLOW UP THE MATTER AND CONTACT WITH THE PERSON WHO HAS PROVIDED SIM TO ME. NOW HE IS NOT RESPONDING MY NUMBER. IF A CUSTOMER WILL NOT GET SERVICE AFTER SUBMIT OF DOCUMENTS TWICE, THEN WHAT TO DO FOR TAKING AIRTEL SERVICE.
