On 28 th August 2021 I added an amount of ₹ 251/- to my wallet and recharged Airtel My WiFi no. 8089970645 for ₹251. Later on I added an amount of ₹80/- to my wallet on 3 September and recharged same WiFi for an amount of ₹79/-. But these two recharges of My WiFi have not been made effective so far. It is indicated that the request is pending, reason for which is not indicated. Please look into it and urgently carry out recharges requested my me, as I couldn’t use wifi.
