I have charged jio mobile 8433214616 by Paytm wallet.Unfortunately it is not activated within one minute and I understood that plan is not recharged then I used credit card of my friend Ajay kumar kushwaha for recharging the mobile number 8433214616.Through My Jio care ,I extend expire date on 17sept instead of 23 may 2019. Jio Customer care told me that it is not possible but Two plans are running at same time.I want activate only one plan unfortunately both are active due to human error.I don’t need extra plan.
But Jio is not extending the validity.Either return my money or extend validity next 84 days.
Jio Team told me that no provision.My request to make provision and satisfy customer.Last two days Jio Team is harassing me by Emails and Phone calls.
