I am Hema. I have already sent them many mails regarding this matter but didn’t got any response. I have placed an order containing 6 products in ajio on 15th april 2022. Out of 6 products it was shown as 3 products were out for delivery at the same time. When delivery person came to my address to deliver my order, On parcel it was mentioned as 3 products so I received it. But when I opened the parcel, it has only one item ( Harry Potter Print T-Shirt and Joggers set, Red and white, xs , 441127335001). Remaining 2 products were missing(Minion Print T-Shirt and Joggers set and Polka- Dot print lounge T-shirt and pyjamas set) but mentioned as delivered.
I have already sent them video of opening the package as evidence. They simply just created a complaint and did nothing
