I m suresh Singh from kharagpur, west Bengal. Today afternoon I have done a recharge of rupees1699 on bsnl prepaid number(9434008424) from Bajaj mobikwik application. But first time recharge was showing in pending mode so I cancelled that recharge. But second time again I have done recharge and it was done successfully but after two hours again recharge was done automatically. And the payment was deducted two times on the same recharge.
So kindly , I request you to help me and refund my money sum of rupees 1699.

I m Venkatswarao from Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh. 3 days ago my sister done a recharge of rupees149 on bsnl prepaid number(784…3438) from Phone pe application. But first time recharge was done my side to same number and she is not aware of that recharge she complete recharge at her end as well. now same number recharge completed two times on the same month.
So kindly, I request you to help me and refund my money sum of rupees 149 to original payment source.
