HI, I have Done My Standard charges bank Credit card payment form cred App with ICICI account.
First time payment declined option has come and try again option has come after retrying both payment are deduct form my icici bank but only 1 payment was received by SC bank credit card team.
I have also check 3 time with SC bank but they have received n 1 time payment and from icici bank has deduct 2 time payment.
i have check form cred app also there is clearly mansion twice payment deducted but, where is my declined payment. why not refund by cred automatically by cred .
I am surprise. why i am using cred app where is no customer care team for solving customer query. i am surfing form 30th june 2022 to till date but no way found for my refund.
