I dropped my vehicle at sector 10, gurgaon service for accidental claim on 03-Dec and I was informed that it will repaired and delivered in a week.
I received a call from the center after a week on 10-Dec and it was informed that the insurance approval has came and it will take 2-3 more days. I agreed to it.
I called back 14-Dec to check if I can come to pick up the vehicle. The guy told me that some of the parts were not available and it will take another 2 more days. I agreed again and called on 16-Dec but the number was switched off. Then I called again next day on 17-Dec to the manager and the reason totally changed, he told that the there shortage of staff and it be done by the evening. I told him that I will come next day to pick it up.
When I visited the service center on 18-Dec to pick up the vehicle, the guy informed that DO has not arrived yet and later when checked the vehicle, it was nowhere close to be serviced, it was open up and all dirty (I have photos available). Also, the key chain was missing or stolen.
When I dropped the vehicle, I specifically requested to repair some dents on the right side of the body. The guy clearly denied saying that there is no provision for denting and painting and they do not do such things and I need to get it done from outside
I have been fake promised many times, the reason for being late changed on every interaction and it’s been 15+ days since I dropped the vehicle and still it was not done.
I again called on 19-Dec to the service center thrice on two different number but my calls were disconnected or not answered and no call back received.
I raised a complaint via email on 18-Dec and they registered the complaint and mentioned that with 24-48 hours, I will receive a call from their area representative but again, ni call received yet.
