Text of Complaint by Ketan Ranade:

I purchased TVS IQube on 9th March 2023 from Shelar auto, Sinhgad Road, Pune.

I am facing various issues since the day I purchased the vehicle and
it is still continuing, the
same has been given many times to the Shelar Service Center at Balaji
including servicing last week
nagar, Pune. However the issues are not resolved..

Following are the issues faced:

1. Battery drains very fast Normally 25-30% of the battery is consumed
with 15-18km of running.
2. On 19th May 2023, the vehicle broke down in the middle of the road
and the technician from Shelar Balaji Nagar came and took the vehicle
to the service station by towing it.
3. Today again the vehicle was dead in the middle of the road and
taken to service center. some orange color error is showing from last
3 days.
I want my vehicle replaced
