Text of Complaint by JAYESH PATEL:

Sir, I have booked TVS Cup electric scooter on 22nd February 2022, booking is done at Madhav Auto Mobile, Rajkot, at that time I was told that the delivery will be delivered by 30-04.22, but now they are not picking up the phone, I contacted TVS customer care. Even after speaking to them, they keep telling me that the delivery is done on the weekend for the last three months. I have also received mails from TVS in which the delivery date is changed several times. Delivery 09-07-22 sir please help me in this thanks

  1. Taking two days for service, i cannot understand what kind of service is required for an electric scooter, which takes two days, really funny thing.
