My name is Venkateswaran V from Chennai. I purchased TVS I Qube in Oct 2022 from M.G. Motors, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai – 600 047 and it was running good. On 24.01.2023 I met with small accident near to the showroom and then immediately given the vehicle for service & spare parts replacement. Since the vehicle was under Insurance most of the service & spare parts replacement cost covered with Insurance. But even after one month there is NO proper response from the Company MG Motors about return of the vehicle after service. In this regard I have raised compliant with TVS Customer Care through mail, but there is NO response again. Please help me in getting back my vehicle at the earliest.
