I am planning to foreclose my personal loan, but, nor the customer care is providing procedure of closing PL using DD, neither the Nashik Branch people are cooperating me. Following are my loan details. One agent says, you can close via DD, another says you can’t. Even the seniors are there to continue the call further. What kind of customer service is this seriously?
