I have purchased a TV on online from Gozefo.com BPL vivid series TV 32″ unboxed product on 16/09/2020, the TV delivered on said date & working well for next 10 days after it starts showing some horizontal lines which I have shared the same with zero team, they have issued some ticket no & said that warranty is initiated on your product & our team will contact soon. Till now I have not recived any call or any technical feedback, if product is under warranty then they have replace with new product or gerund the amount.
