I would like to report an issue with Videocon D2H. From past 30 days, the TV has been struck at D2H page. From the past 15 days, I have been chasing them, till date, none of the technicians reached out to me nor resolved the issue.
There are several tickets which were raised 724125573, 724121470, 724707271,725599990 which have been closed without any resolution. Even reaching out to Nodal office email, none of them responded. I am disappointed with the Videocon D2H service provider. I would like immediate action to resolve the issue, if not refund the total money spent on the Videocon equipment along with recharges.
The very funny team, they always open a new ticket and mention 8 hours to resolve.
