I purchased 3 yr complete protection plan for my Motorola TV from Flipkart partner jeeves on october 2021 . The TV now got panel defect on 26/09/2024. Jeeves picket up my TV from home on 03/10/2024 till today 15/12/2024 ( 73days ) my TV is not repaired. As per terms and conditions i am eligible to get refund . But they are not refunding.
