TV screen always shows E16-4 Chanel is not part of Subscription all the paid channel. I called to the customer care,they said we send a code to the setup box and it will be resolved with in 10 mins but it is not resolved and again I called them and asked them to connect the call to their higher officials but they denied my call and the customer care executive told that they take calls only when the customer file a complaint for technicians then only their higher officials answer the call
And they are taking 200rs charges for technicians to come and visit the home.
Actually what I’m asking is the error their company responsibility not customer if anything was damaged then customer will responsible for that damaged item but customer only pay the bill and customer only pay the technician charges this is not fair
