I have a complaint for eAirtec television that was purchased through Amazon in June 22 but after 2 months there was an issue with display screen. I have called multiple times (more than 200) times but they received call once and suggested me to send the complaint details along with all the required documents through WhatsApp on 9311017777 and I did it twice but not received any complain no. or technician to resolve the issues.please help me to resolve the issue as no one is there to attend the call or register the complain. I have tried all the possible nos. You can check my complain sent through no. on 9311017777.please do the needful.
