Purchased MI TV (40 inch) from Flipkart in 2019- (Order No – OD116781653249387000).
With Complete Protection plan policy for 3 Years (Policy No- CPFK191019003713 valid till OCT 19,2022).
My TV is dead since Nov 26-2021, called Flipkart CCare team- they have not informed me that TV is out of warranty and with protection plan we will take care of complaint, have falsely guided me to contact Mi Customer care, have called them- Engineer visited my house before month end. Informed me to contact Flipkart again as we have protection plan from them, they will send Engineer further. Again I have called Flipkart have given complaint for dead TV with insurance policy details. Technician visited my place on (02nd Dec 2021) and told me Mother board of TV will be replaced, same will take 10 working days max. on 7th I called up again to take the update- Customer care executive (Nida) told me it will take 21 days and provided complaint no (6328564), please help me as need urgent resolution, not getting proper update.
