On 29th November 2021 I called a third party tv repair center to come check my tv, issue was tv used to work 10 mins and go off and on its own it was inconsistent so the tech came on 29th said that there is mother board problem it has to be replaced so he mentioned 6,500rs as the price for new mother board the next day he repaired and tv was in working condition but I got to know he didn’t change the board it was the old one because I had the picture of the old mother board sent by the technician and I was charged the amount for it and been looted now when I call them they disagree to the point that it’s not old board but new one since that day it’s been 2 months I complained through consumer court which was one fraud itself I wasted 800rs there and my time they didn’t give me support so I want those thieves to be punished
