I have a 3 year complete protection plan under Jeeves for Xiaomi TV with CPJVUB131222000873 and I have a claim for its damaged display (Accidental damage).
1.
First I contacted Jeeves Support on 21st and they registered the claim with CLCPH21062300169 and told me that I have to pay processing fees amounting 500 Rs and service technician will visit within 72 hours. I paid the amount using the following link

BUT NO INE HAVE VISITED IN NEXT 72 HOURS

Again I made contact with support on 24th June and U was told in next 24 hours Someone will come to examine and diagnose my TV. I got a new Claim ID CLCPC24062300382
BUT NO ONE CAME

On 25th June I called support again and I was told I will get an call next day for some approval.
4. Again on June 28th I contacted thorough email and they replied within 2 business days they will get back to me.
Its been 6 days since then I haven’t received any call.
