20th October I ordered oneplus y series tv from amazon 24th October it got delivered till date the installation services is not done inspite of rescheduling it multiple times and speaking to n number of customer care people . They just disconnect the call and no follow up . The worst part is everytime I call i have to speak to a different person explaining the entire scenario again and again and again.
