I Got this issue on april 19 2025 .I bought my tv on 18th october 2023 which is under warranty and after many calls with the customer service the technician came from the service center and he checked the issue of the tv and he said it is a Display problem we will solve your issues within the Next coming 10days.And I awaited for the delivery it got delivered to the service center on may 22nd 2025 on the next day I received a ca from the service center stating that you need to come to the Service center and pick your tv we will Check and will give you the tv but the tv is under warranty so if any issue comes after reaching the home who’s responsible? The next minute I called the Customer service and conveyed the same to the person so they said there no policy in our company your tv is under warranty so the appropriate technician should come to your home and replace your new tv you should not go to the service center to bring if any damage occurs in between we are not responsible for that so again i waited they said we will escalate this With our lead but i did not received any update from them I was contacting the coustomer service daily and not receiving any proper update they are saying we escalated and we wil contact with the service center And with in 24 hrs your tv replacement will be done.but again the next day I will not get any up date again I have to Reach customer Service they repeat the same.
