My tv display has horizontal lines since last 2 weeks and I have been complaining to Flipkart customer service and thomson as well. Thomson has not been replying to me and Flipkart customer service keeps saying to contact thomson and they close the incident . When I call Flipkart they disconnect the calls over 40 times.
This has been a serious case of consumer harassment and denial of service .
All the email and chat communications have been recorded to be used as transcripts in the upcoming consumer court trials for the same .
This has been the worst experience with Flipkart and I have already switched to Amazon services
