I have purchased the Kodak TV from Flipkart which is delivered on 2nd Aug and it was faulty after that they raised a request fro replacement of TV which was supposed to deliver on 3rd Aug but delivery person didn’t came and deliver the same.
So I requested to Flipkart to deliver the TV on Next day with installation..
I raised this request to Flipkart executive but he didn’t raised the request in system..
My Tv is delivered today but installation is still pending.
If the flipkart can delay in delivery then they can install the tv on same day on which TV got delivered…
I have recharged the my Set top box on 1st of Aug and purchase the hotstar and sony liv subscription which is getting waste. My 3 days of subscription got wasted because of this…
If my Tv was installed today i e 4th Aug so I can able to see my Tv with all the subscription..
Please look into this and need proper resolution…
Flipkart team should be punishable for all this scenario…
