I have been raising complaints from January 2020 for not able to view the channels in the TV through Jio Fibre. The complaints were made by calling customer care & also sending mails. The issue has not been resolved till date and I have paid every month more than Rs. 1,000/- which includes GST. I was make to understand that after paying higher charges all the channels can be viewed. But it was not so. Th sale executive / Delhi Executive misguided to increase the revenue of Jio without services.
While calling your customer care the executives are unable to resolve and will disconnect the call after keeping the customer on hold for 15/20 minutes.
You are requested to refund the charges paid for availing the services which were not delivered and also arrange to depute a representative to explain the scheme and also deliverables.
