I have unfortunately bought the Videocon TV from Zefo, the TV has gone bad twice within the span of 3 months. I have lost hope on the product as it’s going bad again and again. After six months of warranty it would be a still more big problem as they have shipped the faulty product. Zefo repaired the product when it went fault however it got into same problem after 2 days again. I need a proper justification as we can’t afford to pay 23k for a TV which lasts for 6 months or less. I won’t my money back.
