I have ordered thru Amazon and got tv on DTD 26 th October 2023 and same day I placed Return complaint after watching for half day changing settings according to all YouTube paid promotions nothing worked full whitish not bright and I had already MI tv for 4 yrs old compared both mi is still superb than this acer tv . Acer is worst
