My Airtel TV connection (DTH ID: 3028033705-001) was deactivated after I had made a payment of Rs 5000 on 4th July 2019. Multiple phone calls to Airtel helpdesk didn’t help. In spite of assurances from airtel the problem still persists even after 2 wees and I have not seen any real effort from them.
