This is p raja pavan sai, I am raising this complaint on tsnpdcl, from 13.03.2021 to 17.04.2021 we have utilized 116 KWH units of power but we got a bill of Rs. 4394. in the bill, they mentioned that for SD AMT is Rs. 400 and DVLPMNT CHG is Rs. 3540. I don’t know why this much amount for 116 units of power and why should I pay SD AMT AND DVPLPMNT CHG .at present due to the corona pandemic we suffer from the financial crisis and in this situation why the tsnpdcl is imposing such charges. we will file public interest litigation (PIL) about this issue in court.
