I had taken a JioFiber connection on 12th September 2022 and I was charged Rs.4240 and it was claimed the amount was security deposit for Router and Set Top Box and FREE service for next Six months and my monthly charges of Rs.706 will start only after 6 months. After six months I was being billed for Rs.706 every month and I regularly paid it but I decided to stop on my billing Cycle on August 20 2023 due to financial problems. After sometime, JioFiber staff is harassing me as they want to take away the Router and Set Top Box. They claim my connection was a Post Paid Connection and Rs.4240 was advance charges for Jio Service. How can services be both Post Paid and Paid in Advance for Six Months?
