From 11 days I am trying to activate a service on a number. Vodafone customer care in Mumbai never picks up. It’s just recorded messages again and again keeping me on hold for 30 minutes or more until I give up and disconnect. I don’t know whether it’s a long wait or people just don’t care. I know Vodafone has a big customer base but this is not a way to treat anybody, let aloan your customers. Vodafone customer care people that I got connected from the number 98250 98250 were misguiding me and giving all false promises that the service will get started in 30 minutes. All my bills have been paid. I don’t know what else to do with this kind of service.
