Complaint Letter – TrustFin Fraud Withdrawal Issue

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Request for Refund of 50000 pkr Blocked by TrustFin

Dear TrustFin / MerchantBest Team,

My name is Muhammad Fahim, and I am writing to demand the immediate return of my 50,000pkr which I deposited on your platform https://merchantbest.shop on 09/09/2025.

I completed all required tasks and followed all instructions. However, when I tried to withdraw my money, your system suddenly showed “Score not complete.” I was then informed I had a “delay task,” which was never mentioned before. This seems like a deliberate excuse to stop users from withdrawing their own funds.

I have not received any services or returns and I believe this is a fraudulent and unethical practice. I request that you return my full amount of 50,000pkr immediately. This is my hard-earned money, and I will not allow it to be stolen.

If I do not receive my refund within 3 business days, I will proceed with the following:

File an official complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell (cybercrime.gov.in)

Submit reports on consumer complaint websites

Take legal action for online fraud
