Ordered mangoes and paid 299 thru an online medium, order is placed bit no confirmation from them, they don’t reply on emails. Just making money by doing frauds

My mother faced the same problem, transaction happened but no confirmation or anything. We got scammed, thankfully the amount wasn’t big. But how do such frauds operate on huge social media platforms with impunity, anyone know how to make an official complaint ?
