I credited my profile on trust mate loan app to check the best offers on credit. However, the app is processing the loans automatically, this happened when two loans were approved, I thought I might have done something and then paid them off. After the repayment, I uninstalled the app. On 15th Nov 2025, I see that someone has credited money in my idfc account with name hanif Ali , phone number -8453802715. I immediately returned the money back to the sender. It was suspicious I thought again someone might have requested loan ,I reinstalled the trust mate app and checked that there is an active loan quoted Rs.8500. I did not request that and I raised the concern to the app customer support that provided a general response to my request and did not help me. I have decided to have Justice because I am the only family member earning and no father is unemployed. I cannot bear these fraudsters taking a large amount of money when I have not requested the loan. I need justice and please reach out to the Karta loan to stop harassing people with obscene photos and threats.
