Text of Complaint by Hardik Parmar:

Had bought truke earbuds 5th June arrived on 11 June. It was dead on arrival..Issues found were
1) Autopairing doesn’t work
2) Can’t disconnect once connected
3) Even when put in charging case it does not disconnect and music playing continues so battery dries out
4) Charing case light doesn’t work
5) Charging case gets heated when put in Charging mode
6) left ear piece was off

I contacted service team member Rajkot, on June 14th june, he asked for proofs i submitted them, he said he would replace them with new one asked for 7 days, I waited called on 9th day he said he has not received. I called customer care executive she asked to submitt them, I Submitted them, and they again asked me I wait for 7 days, I waited and called again on 9th day, they had not done any thing again I was asked to wait for 7 days, then I called again they said it’s done but when I reached to collect it was the same piece I had submitted, they had not replaced it as I was promised as it was completely dead on arrival. Them they forced me to collect that dead on arrival piece, which they said they had repaired, but it was not working as it was on arrival. I again was asked to wait 3 days. They said they would replace it. But again I called they said it has not been done.its been 50 days I have paid money but no received my product
