Hi i had applied loan amount of 50k through true balance app, amount approved and sanction letter received, amount not transferred to my bank account, but auto emi initiated, i shared several mail to cs@balancehero.com and via toll free also , greviance mail id too but no-one responding, complaint request number 2796530 closed with fake update, issue not resolved,
