I used true balance micro loan on 2021 june i will submitted all amount on august 2021 but true balance will not close my loan the loan impacts badly on my cibil . My cibil will decrease badly 750 to 623 . True balance customer care not pic the call and not see the mail thats why im doing this . I dont have any other path
