I had purchased a pack of 4 dresses from an online site called Troono. I had placed the order on June 25th. They don’t have an option to cancel the order. The package has been delivered and the dress is completely different from the dress I ordered. We have paid the cash also. I tried sending them mail regarding the cancellation request. But there is no reply from their side.
