Hi ,

I am Narsingh Prasad Dubey, made a flight booking on tripodeal on 25th-May-2023 for 6 people with total amount of 43240 rs. I make to know that flight has been cancelled by airline and when same was enquired with spice Jet Airline, they said no information of any such booking.
After contacting with tripodeal website they confirmed that flight is cancelled and if still want to travel we arrange some different booking with extra 30000 plus thousand. Clearing they are cheating customer.
They are deducted more than 1 thousand my amount in name of conviction charges.
