I applied for the trip money card through the travel site MakeMyTrip as it was told that all I had to do was to submit 1000₹ and they will send the card. I received the card a few days later as I was flying to Serbia. I relied heavily on this card as their promise of it works in 150+ countries seemed true. When I was at dubai airport for the transfer flight I was asked that I need to carry more cash to board the plane. I rushed to the atm to withdraw money( it was stated I can withdraw from international atm like any debit card). But it kept showing invalid card. I sent an email to the support team. They took ages to reply, they kept saying that they are trying to resolve my issue. For 6 hours. Then I stopped getting any response from them. This happened on 16th July 2022, today is 23rd July 2022. No response yet. I missed my flight. I can’t withdraw my money as there is no option to withdraw. They don’t have a number. Only an email Id.
