I had booked a round trip air travel from Kochi to Delhi, departing on 7th Nov and returning 8th Nov. I had also taken travel insurance that had trip cancellation coverage. I cancelled my flights on 31st Oct and I was returned only partial money after deducting airline charges. As per the insurance policy, I am eligible for trip cancellation but this was not considered. I have tried multiple times to reach both Make My Trip as well as Reliance Insurance but in vein. I am attaching the policy document for your perusal.
