One evening I tried to withdraw my balance and got a message saying withdrawal limit exceeded. I was confused because I had not withdrawn anything that week. I double checked my transaction history and still couldn’t understand the restriction. This was around mid January 2026. I contacted customer support and explained everything calmly. They reviewed my account and found that one previous withdrawal request was still technically pending in the system even though it had failed. They canceled the old request manually and allowed me to submit a fresh one. The money reached my account the next day. It felt complicated but they sorted it out.
