My airtel sim was deactivated day before yesterday. Yesterday i went to airtel store were he issue me a new sim with sams number. But charged me Rs 100. Now i have received a messege from airtel customer care that the retailer can charge a maximum of 25 Rs as service charge. Please look into the matter if the retailer was right or i have been scammed of my money
