I had ordered three denim shirts worth ₹999 from their website, but instead, I received only two low-quality shirts that do not match the product description. Before purchasing, the company claimed to have a refund policy. However, when I attempted to contact them for a refund, I found that their email inbox was full, making it impossible to reach them.
I have attached all relevant details, including my order confirmation, payment proof, and images of the received products. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and helping me obtain a full refund.
