Prakash & vaibhav singh an employee of first algo solutions company, sent me edited screen shots of the software dashboard and misled me and forced me to take a software plan of Rs. 28000. I have taken a cautious plan of the software and due to the technical problem of your software, I have lost Rs. 70000. Have given and I have drank 28000 thousand drinks. This cost me a total of Rs 98000. I took a loan from Bajaj Finance and paid the software charges.When I told your employee, he has been telling me for 2 months that the loss will be recovered. But my software still made a loss of Rs 52000 in 3 days. When I told him to activate the yearly plan of the software till my loss is recovered, he said no. And right now I am losing daily, my capital has become 20000. The company is not taking any responsibility
