This complaint on DMart luggage service.

I kept 2 bags in the luggage room, they gave only one token. While returning they gave one bag and told you gave only one bag. Then I told I gave two bags, they don’t even leave me to check inside the room to confirm. At last one person came and searched. He got the bag with another token. They missed to give the token for the other bag. While returning the bag he was checking inside the bag and asking for evidence inside the bag. Their mistake they should take the responsibility. They treat the customer like a robber, the way he saw me and searching inside the bag. I was shamed of myself in front of other customers. This is not a good service. If we keep important things inside also beware of these services in DMart. Who gave you the rights to open my bag and check. You can check the CCTV footage. Today (10/08/2023) evening at 5.30pm. Who will responsible for my self respect. He didn’t accept the mistake and asked sorry for that. No action taken for the complaint raided to DMart, so raised the complaint here.
