Dear Team,
please find the below incident which I have experienced.

Hi MTFE Auditors team, I’m Manjula Dharmarathna from Sri Lanka. I have faced a really bad experience about your platform . Last Thursday 22 I switched on the AI trading and tried to switch off on Friday 23 morning but I’m unable to login to my account with an incorrect account or password Here is the evidence which was communicated with your customer services. Somehow on Saturday I connected with customer services and they have reset my password .I observe there are zero(0) assets and wallet after login (follow everything which was guided by customer services ) . I immediately informed them and I have gone through with the transaction / withdrawal logs. There was a transfer & withdrawal on friday 23 the time period I’m unable to login. Hope this happened without my involvement. Please check and do the needful to resolve this issue
